The Frontier employs simple AI capabilities to handle various support roles within factions. Players may issue Orbital Requests for reinforcements, direct towers, and control remote probes using the AI system.

To order your AI around, you'll first need to obtain some. You may do this with the above mentioned Orbital Request system by taking a look at your Command Interface. From there you may request units or manage your existing ones.

Once you have obtained one or more AI controlled units, you may issue orders by broadcasting commands via your radio. It is generally a good idea to switch your units to a different frequency other than your main faction channel to avoid spamming your faction mates and to prevent them from controlling your unit.
